Orders can be canceled free of charge provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched from our fulfillment center. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order ID. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be canceled in the system; however, because we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, you may simply refuse the package upon arrival.

The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Smart Purchase Path pass to you upon the physical delivery of the items to your specified address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, safe, and accessible delivery location.
